Arabella left the workforce to spend more time with her children. As a stay-at-home mom, she was looking for a way to socialize but also needed to engage her brain. Friends introduced her to the magical world of mahjong. It was exactly what she had been searching for - it allowed her to activate her brain while spending meaningful time with friends...and the best part it was so much fun!
Her journey began with one lesson, quickly followed by another, straight into weekly play with friends. One group turned into several and suddenly she was playing five to six times a week. From her earliest moments with the tiles, she was captivated by the game!
Her love for the game only deepened over time. She realized this wasn’t just a hobby anymore: she knew the rules, understood the strategy, and had a knack for teaching it. She decided to combine her love for Mahjong, marketing, and people and created Marchesa Mahjong.
She has a relaxed approach with clients. From the second a student walks in the door, she treats them like an old friend. She enjoys making lessons fun from the very beginning and cultivates camaraderie among her students.
Her passion is sharing Mahjong with others and her hope is for everyone to know the laughter and joy that comes from playing Mahjong!
